I was pleasantly surprised by the quirky menu at Santè Ria, where I enjoyed a unique dining experience. The hotel's location in JVC made it convenient for my explorations. My family loved The Village Bistro's buffet, and we appreciated the free beach club access. The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver, and the poolside BBQ was a hit. Plus, the hotel staff's attention to hygiene was impressive. I definitely felt at home here.

The staff at the hotel truly made us feel special with their exceptional service, always going above and beyond to assist us. However, improvements could be made in terms of breakfast variety and gym size to enhance the overall experience.

I always come back for the perfect stay. The helpful staff made my first trip easy. This place has everything I need like Free Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, restaurant, shuttle service. Ideal for my city trips.

The hotel's decoration was charming and elegant, with beautiful and comfortable seating areas in the lobby where senior people could relax and socialize. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, which made it especially convenient for senior guests. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility features such as ramps and wide doorways were thoughtful and made it easier for older individuals to move around independently.

More assistance from the children of the staff in helping senior guests with luggage would enhance the vacation experience for elderly individuals.

Located in a buzzing suburban area, with a unique circle road system, it's easy to hail a cab from this hotel. Plus, it's relatively close to a beach club for those who want to unwind by the water.

The fire drill early in the morning without warning could have been handled better.

I stayed in a hotel in the centre of the city. the room had big windows with a nice view. the staff went above-and-beyond. I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again! the pool was better than on photos.

the hotel is clean and in a good location - close enough to order a cab whenever needed. we discovered global village nearby - highly recommend. the staff were super supportive when we traveled with a toddler - which was exactly what we needed.

The staff were absolutely amazing - warm, super friendly, and professional. They made my stay super good. The restaurant on the higher floors had a great outdoor terrace, delicious food, and drinks. The pool bar and area, along with its staff, were great. The location was fantastic, with shuttle services keeping me connected to various places. The cleanliness was fantastic. The lifeguards at the pool were kid-friendly and very professional. The valet parking team was fantastic and quick, and very kind, patient, and courteous. The coffee shop had amazing deli and coffees, with pro and very courteous baristas. Great value for money and a GREAT base to explore.

Let's dish--the Italian pasta at The First Collection was bellissimo! The attentive staff and prompt housekeeping service were top-notch. Room with stunning views and a chic pool area sealed the deal.

When it came to Room 3903, a few tweaks are needed. Shower temp control and noise were a letdown.

The room was so comfy and cozy with a beautiful sofa, perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring. I could just sink into it! The private bathroom was such a luxury touch, making me feel so pampered.

I wished the air conditioning was a bit quieter.

Santè Ria's menu inspired by flavors of South America made our taste buds dance like there's a carnival in our mouth! The vibrant, zesty dishes transported us to the streets of Rio de Janeiro. Each bite was a salsa dance of flavor, leaving us samba-ing with delight!

Cleanliness needs improvement.

The First Collection At JVC was simply amazing! We had a very nice time and the service was also really good. I really liked the facilities in the hotel itself, because JVC is not well-developed yet, it's nice to have multiple options in the hotel itself. the calm neighborhood was a bonus. the hotel is well located, providing free shuttle services to popular places. the room was new and comfortable, with a really comfortable bed.

The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions we wanted to visit. the room was spacious and kept clean by the exceptional housekeeping team. Plus, the TV had great quality and there was a convenient charging center in the room.

The hotel was quite far from some of Dubai's popular tourist spots, making it a bit inconvenient for sightseeing. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and would occasionally go down for a few minutes without explanation.

The property was incredibly clean and had various relaxing areas such as a restaurant, shisha area, and coffee lounge. the staff went above and beyond for us, especially when I left my hand luggage in a taxi on our way to the airport. the hotel promptly contacted me and arranged for my luggage to be returned to me at the airport. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service. the hotel had a relaxed and informal atmosphere and we enjoyed spending time at the Mezzanine and pool areas. the check-in process was paper-free and we could simply sign on a tab. Our room, located on the top floor, was excellent and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable. the soundproofing in the room was fantastic, ensuring a peaceful stay. the room interiors were also beautifully designed, and there was even a charging station available.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊
